So far, my favorite is the drawing of Siobhan. I like how simple it looks, even though it doesn't look like Siobhan at all. These exercises definitely helped me with drawing in a different way other than drawing realistic portraits. I had a lot of fun too, it was funny looking at what each other's drawing.
The next thing we did was to draw a friend's ear, I drew Summer's. Again it was really fun, I got into the drawing zone so it was really enjoyable. Personally I know the ear quite well as I always look at my ear piercings etc the folds are really good to draw but as time was limited, I tried to make it look better with fast pen strokes. Since I've never really drawn an ear that close, this was something new to me and I find it really interesting. It makes me know the ear more.

My favorite part. Collage. This was originally a really old poster of Axl Rose. I had it for a while. We were told to bring in images of faces and I brought a few, I mostly have music magazines, so there weren't that much famous people in there. The face that I chose to use as a base was Rooney Mara. I love Rooney Mara, so I felt a bit sad for ruining her face... I love doing this project, I had so much fun andI laughed so much. Other than making this a creature, I made it into something that I would laugh at. Just because Rose's pose is quite funny.
